Our team prepare survey reports, schedules of dilapidations, valuation reports, arbitration and independent expert reports, as well as all related property correspondence, on a daily basis using Microsoft Office.
The team consists of secretaries/PAs from the property sector who have vast experience in this field. They are highly professional individuals who, because of their backgrounds, will just know what you are saying, no problem with terminology. The majority of the team have been with BackupTyping for over 15 years – we just love to type!
We believe by specialising in the business arena we know so well gives us an edge working with chartered surveying companies – we just know what you are saying with no out of context words due to lack of industry experience.
We have a four tiered priority system that allows us to work to your timescales and not you to ours. Your request lets us know when you need your work back and we will meet your target. The priorities range from urgent (2 hours) to next day (24 hours) with a couple in between so you really do choose.
